COVID -19 has changed buying patterns, and consumers will purchase earlier online than years prior. This year, it is important to begin holiday planning early to ensure your content is seen and deliveries arrive on time. Begin by identifying the major events you want to participate in such as:

Cyber Monday (11/30)

Giving Tuesday (12/1)

BUILD AWARENESS

Next, It is important for people to become familiar with your brand and know what you have to offer prior to running any sales promotion. You can use this opportunity to scale your content across relevant platforms, reach new users, and make them aware of your brand.

Start by researching your key audience. Think about what social media or online platform they index highest on. Then, develop content that grabs their attention and motivates them to engage with you.

For example:
